I have ordered from you several times. The first few were great. They were in SP and Rio, so maybe that helped? These last two orders have been problematic, maybe because they were to smaller cities? This order was a nightmare! It was delivered 3 days late. The chocolates were not the ones I ordered, and while I paid for 36 roses, there were only 17 in the delivery! I understand substituting the chocolates if the ordered ones are not available. But sending only half the ordered number is flowers is bad! I rated 6 because, while this order was bad based on meeting the committment i paid for, they flowers and chocolates did make the person happy. They didnt know they were shorted have their flowers. I want to be able to use your services, its very convenient for me being from the USA. I ask that you quality check your fulfillment shops and make sure they are delivering what has been ordered. Thank you!
